Q: Why does the desk appear the sign “RES”? What should we do when it appears this sign?A: The sign “RES” means reset status. When you long press the DOWN button for 5 seconds, the screen will show RES. In this situation, you can keep pressing and the desk will go down to the lowest position and rebound a bit. Once reset finished, the LED screen will show basic height, and then you can release the key. (Please check No. 6 in Controller Introduction in manual)
