Great pens, some smear issues. Pictures included. I just received this product and am very pleased. I did much researching and this product is perfect if you are wanting all glitter pens that are quality at a good price. The product came sooner than expected as well. These pens came as advertised with the original pens as well as the refills. They were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. When testing these pens the flow and coverage are great. The downside is that they do have some issues with smear. I have noticed that this is an issue with other pens as well, and when the Cali art pens are dry they do not have any smear issues. They wrote very smoothly and do well for coverage if you are using them for coloring. I have included in product comparison pictures with pens that I purchased at a similar price point. I would absolutely purchase these pens again in the future.
Definitely get THESE! I LOVE these! I bought them bc they have the refills, which is amazing. When delivered, the sat between my door & storm door in 7° weather. After sitting in the house for a few hours, I opened them up to sat coloring. The ink rolled out immediately – none of that scribbling to try & get the ink to flow. The depth of color (and the variety!) is fantastic, and there’s the perfect amount of glitter in the ink. One thing to be careful of – the glitter does rub off onto the side of your coloring hand as you color, but not an alarming amount.Update (12/27/16): I’ve taken off one star because I was incredibly disappointed to discover that neither of the two lighter silver pens are glitter – they are both metallic. These are the 2nd & 3rd non-glotter pens I’ve found (first was black – pen I got was just a black gel pen (not even metallic!).
Revised Rating Several of the pens were dried up when I received them. Already having to use the refills. After posting my 2 star review, I was immediately contacted by the seller and was shipped a replacement set. The replacement set did not contain any dried up pens. There is a great variety of colors and I love the glitter.
