Overall a good planner. Like others have said Overall a good planner. Like others have said, it doesn’t lay flat, which is the only real complaint I have. I’ve taken a few pictures to show the size, as they don’t label it very well on Amazon, and there’s another review here that’s a bit misleading. It’s roughly 8.5 x 5.25 x 2, which is what I was hoping…can fit into a large purse. The monthly and daily calendars are un-dated, and the holiday reference pages are outdated (they give you 2013-2015). Unexpected surprises that were included that I didn’t see mentioned in the description was a ziplock pouch, a business card insert, and a ruler divider.
so with that said it is nice for that but also a really nice planner I will be using this as a writers notebook, so with that said it is nice for that but also a really nice planner.It does not lay flat but that will happen as it is used more. The binder is easy to open but there is already separation on the top 3. Not a huge issue right now but might be in the future.The credit card and zipper pouch are nice. The credit card holder ia only a 3 sleeve one, it would have been nice if it was a 6 sleeve one or even had a one sleeve on the back. Other than that it is nice.The pen loop is the faux leather type not stretchy so bigger pens are difficult to get thru. Not a big deal but still worth mentioning.
Perfect, Efficient, Does-the-Job Date-Keeper I recently spent over $140 on leather calendar/date-keeper by another, very famous company. However, the way this other company organizes its various sections is counter-productive, inefficient, stupid and annoying. If, for example, you want to separate the months with tabs – Jan., Feb., etc. – you have to stick your own tabs on – a mess. You can special-order opaque separators with monthly tabs, but they are useless, because the end of each month on the calendar shares a page with the beginning of the next month. Last year I found an excellent product by Day-Timer at a local box store. But the store doesn’t carry it anymore. Hence, the expensive mistake mentioned above. So I went to Amazon and found this wonderful, small product. I also bought it in a desk version, but the small one is so good, has so many excellent, sensible features that I plan to use it on-the-go and at my desk.
