The tabs for the shelving arenât big enough to hold … The tabs for the shelving arenât big enough to hold the shelves in place. So the shelves âsinkâ and canât be used. All my students have in these is 1 pocket folder per slot. Thatâs it. If it wasnât already put together I would send it back!
Great organizer, very pleased with it overall I’m loving it – it’s sturdy enough to deal with a ream of paper in a number of different slots. My husband put it together for me in just a few minutes–not because I couldn’t, but because he’s a mechanic by trade, and he loves putting things together. I actually chose this because of the small fold-down tabs that tell you what’s in each slot, which makes it easier when I’m trying to figure out whether I’m grabbing regular copy paper or heavier weight paper for official letters for my organization. It holds mailing size 9 x 12 envelopes just fine. I do keep the super-heavy cardstock and photo paper on the bottom, because there are so many lighter things that can go on the upper shelves. Got all my stationery out where I can see it instead of taking up space in a file cabinet and getting warped and hard to find.
Quality is Poor This product is a super basic cardboard box. I knew it was made from corrugated cardboard, but I expected better considering the price. The edging is pulling apart, so you can see bright white peaking through under the solid black. The tabs rip so easily as you try to bend them down for labeling, regardless of how gentle you try to be. The picture also shows white tabs for labeling. The product does not come like that. The tabs are solid black; no different from the rest of the box. Overall, the quality is just very poor. I ended up putting it in a backroom of our agency because it looks too very cheap to put anywhere customers could see it. We ended up using it for misc paperwork that is not important. I would not recommend this product.
