The Little Shredder that Could This little shredder so far is durable and fixable. I am very happy with its price, the free one day delivery, and the fact that I was able to fix a clog on my own and keep on shredding. I owned a shredder once that went kaput after a clog. The outside of the shredder engine/teeth is metal. It notifies you if it is misaligned on the waste bucket, and will tell you if it is overheating so you can turn it off for 30 mins. and its teeth are hard core. I recommend purchasing shredder oil with it and I did purchase the $4 service plan. I have more to go but my pic shows the bags I did in a few hours.
Credit Card still in product from last customer Arrived with somebody else’s credit card jammed in it. Completely broken, obviously returned, then sent right out again to another customer without even a cursory inspection.Amazingly poor quality overall, completely non-functioning. I am completely floored by the fact it still had last customers private information. BTW, the credit card was completely readable.
Sucks I had a lesser shredder before this then bought this one because I thought it would be quicker/better. Have not had it a couple of months and it’s jammed with paper I can’t clear out. I didn’t even put 12 sheets in so I don’t know why it would get jammed like this. I bought the shredder oil and have oiled it repeatedly. I called them and they just said to use a letter opener to remove the jammed paper. I’ve been working at this for several days and can’t get it out. What a disappointment and waste of time and money.Amazon replaced this and with the second one I was careful to put fewer sheets in. I usually did 5 to 8 and it went okay for a few months but then jammed again with less than the 12 page max. I will definitely NOT replace this with the same one again.
