Overall looks and feels like a good chair. Some cosmetic issues. Overall feels and looks like a good chair with a fair price.Pros:Has good back support, tall enough to rest head, easy to assemble, looks nice.Cons:Has some minor cosmetic & quality issues not impacting functionality. It came with 2 scratches on the metal section of the armrests (see 1 attached picture) and the small triple plastic expanding cilinder for base pole was cracked. Dropping 1 star for this cosmetic issues.Reliability time will only tell. Will update if something happens to it.
Comfort i buy often from Amazon and do not usually review a product but this is an exception. I have had this chair about a month and to date it far exceeds my expectations. It is superior to the char it replaced at less cost. the lumber support is good, the head rest is comfortable and the chair rolls smoothly. I use this chair six to eight hours a day seven days a week.
Makes an awful clicking noise Very comfortable chair and quite easy to put together but when you lean forward or backwards the chair clicks/creaks like it is going to fall apart. Looks like I will be returning this. Too bad I really like this chair.
