I originally began researching what printer would be the best fit for my printing needs Recently, I purchased the HP DeskJet 3755. I originally began researching what printer would be the best fit for my printing needs, I looked for one that was compact, versatile, and durable. I, being a college student, needed a printer that could easily fit on a desk but also had many uses and could withstand the occasional printing. Once I bought this printer, it seemed to be a perfect fit for my needs. After some use, it seemed as though this printer is the ideal printer for occasional printing and for anyone with limited space. With this printer, the best features include:⢠Itâs size. This printer is 17 inches wide by 4.5 inches tall. This makes it the ideal size for a small space.⢠The type of actions it can perform. It has many different functions. It can scan, copy, and print, both in black and white and color. It also has the ability to be used via USB cord or Wi-Fi. These are features that are not typically found in a printer of this size and…
compact, versatile, Light-duty printer What primarily drew me to this printer was itâs compact size. I would describe this as a light-use, convenience printer/scanner. If youâre like me who doesn’t print or scan much but still would like to have a machine on hand when needed, this will work just fine. As for looks, the design is clean and even nice to look at. The power supply is integrated inside so theres no bulky âpower brickâ attached to the power cable to clutter up the floor. There is also a USB cable option in case you donât want to use a wireless connection.Unlike other multifunction printers, the scanner uses a feeding mechanism instead of a flatbed. I was a little wary of this at first but it scans or copies with good quality. it accepts various sizes of documents from full-size 8.5×11â to smaller pieces of paper like receipts or photographs. Considering it uses rollers to feed the document Iâd exercise caution with brittle or fragile paper like old family photos.Print speed is about…
Another example of you get what you pay for. Right out of the box it was one problem after another. First, the printer wouldn’t connect on a 5G network (the network I use for my home computer)… so I had to switch my home computer to another network if I want to print. Second, the printer had a very difficult time finding my network. Took about a half a dozen times before connecting. Once these issues were resolved then the color ink cartridge that was included with the computer didn’t work. So now it’s on to spending at least 20 minutes on the phone with HP support with someone who does not speak clear english. …. After about a 30 minute call they told me to buy a new color cartridge. When I told the person I did not want to purchase a new $25 color cartridge when I had just purchased a brand new printer, they told me that was the procedure because they were not sure if it was the cartridge or the printer that was defective (that rationale still doesn’t make any sense to me). That was HP’s “help.” It’s that…
